Concordia's secret risk assessment committee

Doing some Googling on Concordia and Scientology I came across a blog entry I hadn't yet seen, published yesterday:

If you ignore the annoying Scilon comment, the article mentions something very interesting: there is allegedly a secret risk assessment committe at Concordia, discussed in this Maclean's article: http://www.macleans.ca/education/postsecondary/article.jsp?content=20070921_201324_824

According to an affidavit filed in May by Concordia's lawyers in
relation to the request, the so-called Risk Assessment Committee is in
fact an "ad hoc advisory group that is convened from time to time by
the Vice President, Services [Michael Di Grappa] in order to discuss
issues of his choosing, therefore there is no agenda or minutes."
Because the university has never confirmed the existence of a formal
committee, it has not identified who has participated in the "advisory
group."

The plot thickens. Can we think up a cute "-gate" to name this scandal?
